Dear Essrig Families and Community,

As we move into the heart of October, I continue to be inspired by the learning, enthusiasm, and sense of community that fill our campus each day. At Essrig Elementary and Montessori Academy, we remain committed to Preparing Panthers for Life while living our belief that we are Always Learning. Always Growing.

One of this week’s special highlights is our Hispanic Heritage Month Living Museum, presented by our talented fourth-grade students. Our Panthers have been excited to share their presentations with students throughout the school, creating an opportunity to celebrate culture, learning, and one another.

As we conclude the first quarter, our teachers are also thoughtfully reviewing student progress and preparing for upcoming academic reviews. This important work helps keep student learning at the center of our conversations as we look ahead to the next quarter.

October is a wonderful reminder that education is about so much more than what happens inside a classroom. It is about curiosity, connection, celebration, and helping every child discover the confidence to grow.

Thank you to our families, teachers, staff, and community partners for continuing to support our Panthers. Your partnership makes Essrig a special place for children to learn and belong.

Here’s to another wonderful month of learning and growing together!

With Panther Pride,
