Our School Board and Superintendent spent the day meeting with lawmakers. Together, they looked a the priorities of the Legislature and Governor and found areas in Hillsborough where we think we can move the needle for student success. They met with Rep. Adam Hattersley; Sen. Darryl Rouson; and Florida's new Chancellor for Innovation, Eric Hall.
Hillsborough Schools is working on three specific pilot projects that impact STEP and workforce learning, Social & Emotional Learning and early childhood learning—all of which can be launched in Hillsborough and potentially shared across the state.
